Group Classes

Group yoga classes for all.

Janna offers 3 weekly in-person classes in Dakar, Senegal, and 1 weekly online yoga class hosted on Zoom.

In person classes (Time Zone UTC):
Tuesday 6 - 7 p.m.
Friday 8 - 9 a.m.
Saturday 10 - 11 a.m.

Zoom Class (45 minutes):

Monday 10 a.m. L.A. / 6 p.m. London / 5 p.m. Dakar

Classes are typically gentle flows focusing on strength, stretching, and mobility. Mindfulness and rest will be incorporated into every class. We get into all those tight areas such as hips and shoulders. These classes are great for people who are new to yoga, people who are working with injuries, or people who just enjoy a more gentle practice.

A private session designed just for you.

If you're looking for personalized fitness to release muscle tension, improve your mental health, and transform your mind-body relationship, this session is for you.

Whether you've spent time in a yoga studio before or are looking for a remedy for chronic pain and muscle tension, private yoga therapy with Janna provides individual assessment, exercises, and care to help you lengthen, strengthen, and find more ease in your body and mind.

Private yoga therapy sessions can be booked in person (in Dakar) or online.
