How does it work?
Step 1: Intake
We start with a free discovery call, which covers your health background, current needs, your goals for our sessions, and what treatments you’ve already tried.
Step 2: Movement / Breath Assessment
We see what your body has to say with it’s movements and breathing pattern. This information informs the practice we will co-construct.
Step 3: Develop your practice
We try out different movements and create a personal practice that you can take with you. Then, we meet virtually or in person on a schedule that works for you to keep adjusting and developing your practice.

As someone who has suffered from injuries and limited mobility, I understand how frustrating it is not to be able to do the activities you love. I also know how tough it can be to stick with a routine consistently when our lives are so full of working, partnering, parenting. This has motivated me to learn about anatomy informed movement, yoga therapy, mindfulness & meditation so that I can design a comprehensive, holistic program tailored for your wants, needs and goals.
