My classes are a creative mix of traditional yoga elements along with functional strength and mobility movements. My philosophy is all are welcome. This is your practice and I’m here to support you in finding what works best for your body.

No more feeling frustrated because you “can’t” do poses. Here you are encouraged to find your own path.
New to yoga? Practiced for years & been injured in the process? These classes are especially for you.
We will work on functional movements that support your daily life & prevent injury
No fast flows, acrobatics, or headstands.
Chanting, breath work, body scans, and guided meditations will help you find calm & ease
