My classes are a creative mix of traditional yoga elements along with functional strength and mobility movements. My philosophy is all are welcome. This is your practice and I’m here to support you in finding what works best for your body.
Have you been made to feel like you’re “not flexible enough” for yoga? There is no such thing in this space.
No more feeling frustrated because you “can’t” do poses. Here you’ll find classes that encourage you to find your own path.
All props and variations are encouraged. Whether you’ve never stepped foot in a yoga studio, or you’ve been practicing for many years, you have a place here.
We have a wide variety of classes in our studio.
Somatic & restorative yoga, strength, mobility, flow, and even circuit workouts are available.
We will always move in ways that are safe and functional for your body.
Chanting, breath work, body scans, and guided meditations will also be included in some classes.
